Great value & Burj Khalifa views

Sara was very kind and responsive to our arrival during our stay. The value of the apartment is very good with the pool with views of the Burj Khalifa and a good gym. On the other hand, the location itself and moderately attractive. You need an Uber to get around, but it's still okay

Pedestrian-friendly, clean, and responsive host

Clean place and pictures are very accurate. Was missing a few essentials like kitchen towels for ex but there is a store right across the building. It’s nice that the neighborhood is mostly only pedestrian and the pool is very nice. The front desk staff was generally ok but one particular one was rude, nothing crazy. Sarah is super responsive. We would stay there again and would recommend the place.

Hotel comfort in a prime spot

Wonderful stay in a beautiful area. The residency is part of the Vida hotel so it really gives a hotel experience with the advantage of having your own washer and kitchen. The property is new and the location is superb walking distance from a lot of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Extremely clean and well maintained property. The host is very responsive and the reception is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always replying within seconds. The place was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The pool and gym were really good, and the downtown location was perfect, close to everything. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
